What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. They ensure correct website operation and, after consent, traffic measurement; similar browser-storage technologies work in the same way.
Consent
On the first visit we show a cookie banner. Non-essential cookies are stored only after consent under Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. and GDPR. Accepting and rejecting are equally easy, categories can be selected and consent can be changed or withdrawn through Cookie settings in the footer. Google Tag Manager loads with Consent Mode set to denied by default; until consent, analytics cookies are not stored and Google Analytics 4 does not run in full measurement mode. Before consent, Google tags may send limited cookieless signals about consent, visits and events. Marketing cookies are enabled only with separate consent; until then, the Seznam.cz and Meta marketing tags do not run. The choice is stored locally as a consent record for up to 12 months.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
These are always active for basic operation, security and secure access to an order through a private, reusable tokenised link. They rely on the legitimate interest and statutory consent exception; disabling them may limit the website.
2. Analytics cookies
Google Tag Manager (GTM-W6K6KK) may load before consent in denied Consent Mode. Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies and full measurement are enabled only with consent. Google processes the IP address for the network connection; GA4 does not log or store it. Google may process data in the USA under standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies distinguish visitors and maintain session state for no longer than the consent and current GA4/GTM settings.
3. Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies are used only with separate consent (“Accept all” or the “Marketing” category in detailed settings). They show which ads lead to an enquiry or order and enable remarketing: Google Ads (Conversion Linker, conversion measurement, remarketing; Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), Sklik and Seznam retargeting via the rc.js code (Seznam.cz, a.s.) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). With consent, Google Analytics 4 may share measured conversions with Google Ads. Typical cookies: _gcl_au and _gcl_aw (Google, 90 days), sid (Seznam.cz, per Seznam.cz settings) and _fbp (Meta, 90 days); Google and Meta may also use their own cookies on their domains. Transfers to the USA (Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc.) rely on standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Browser management
You can also delete or disable cookies in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and other browsers. Blocking necessary cookies may restrict functionality.

Cookieless Umami
Self-hosted Umami uses no cookies or persistent browser identifier. It measures public pages; contact data, form content and the client portal are excluded. After an order is submitted, we may link the current pseudonymous visit to the order internally, so this is not anonymous data. This does not alter your Google Analytics cookie choice.
