Tailor-made s.r.o. formation in Czechia
Tailor-made formation is suitable when you want your own company name, selected business activities and a brand-new entity without any history. The company is created directly for you and its first setup reflects your plans.
We prepare the memorandum of association, notarial deed, trade licence notification and Commercial Register filing. You do not need to visit the authorities yourself; the process is coordinated by us from the first data collection to handover.
The company can have one or more shareholders and managing directors. For standard free trades, the setup is straightforward; more complex structures, foreign legal entities or individual articles of association are handled separately.
How much does s.r.o. formation cost
Tailor-made s.r.o. formation starts at 12 900 Kč with a FIRMIN registered seat in Prague, or 15 900 Kč with your own seat. The price includes court and notary fees and trade licence notification. Prices exclude DPH at 21%; we always confirm the final amount in advance.
What is included in company formation
We prepare the founding documents and memorandum of association, arrange the notarial deed, notify free trades at the Trade Licensing Office, file the Commercial Register application and pay the court fee. In short, we take over the administration and communication with authorities.
How long does s.r.o. formation take
With direct registration by a notary, a tailor-made s.r.o. can be entered in the Commercial Register within 24 hours after the founding documents are signed. The speed mainly depends on how quickly you provide the required information; we handle the administration and authorities.
What is the minimum share capital of an s.r.o.
The statutory minimum share capital is only 1 Kč per share. In practice, many founders choose a higher amount because it looks more credible to business partners and banks. We can discuss a suitable level for your plans.
Can I choose the company name and business activity
Yes. That is the main benefit of tailor-made formation: you choose the name and business activity yourself. We check whether the name is available and permitted, and we notify the relevant free trades. All sold and newly formed companies use free trades.
