Is a virtual registered seat legal

Yes. Czech law does not require a company to operate its own office at the registered-seat address. The key points are that the company can receive official correspondence there and has the property owner consent to use the address. Providing a registered seat is a common and fully legal service.

Can the address be used as the official seat in the registers

Yes. It is a full registration address that can be entered in the Commercial Register and Trade Register. We provide the property owner consent with a certified signature, which the authority requires for registration.

What is included in the registered-seat price

The price includes owner consent with a certified signature, a registered-seat agreement, mail receipt at your address and email notifications about delivered mail. Mail forwarding and scanning are available as paid add-ons. Prices start at 340 Kč/month excluding DPH, with the lowest rates for longer terms.

How does mail receipt and delivery work

We receive mail delivered to your registered-seat address and inform you by email without delay. You can collect items in person, or we can forward or scan them for an extra fee. This helps ensure important official mail is not missed.

Will I receive owner consent for registering the seat

Yes. To register the seat in the Commercial Register, the registry court needs the property owner consent to place the registered seat at the address. We issue this consent with an officially certified signature as part of the service.

Can my registered seat be in Prague while my office or home is elsewhere

Yes. The registered seat and the place where you actually work can be different. You may have a Prague registered address and an office, warehouse or home anywhere in Czechia. The seat is mainly for register entry and delivery of official correspondence.
