FIRMIN was created to reduce paperwork and waiting for entrepreneurs who need a Czech company.
Every ready-made company we sell was incorporated by us, so we know its history and guarantee that it has not traded and has no liabilities.
Today we handle company transfers, tailor-made formation, registered seats and Commercial Register changes in person in Prague or remotely.
