Joint-stock company without waiting for incorporation
A ready-made a.s. combines the prestige of a joint-stock company with a fast transfer process. It is already incorporated, has paid-up share capital and is prepared for the transfer of shares and statutory-body changes.
This legal form is often chosen for larger projects, public tenders, holding structures or situations where the joint-stock form is expected by partners or investors.
What to expect during the transfer
We reserve the selected company, prepare the transfer documents and coordinate signing before a notary or remotely where the situation allows it. After the transfer, you receive the corporate documents needed for normal operation.
If the current stock does not match your requirements, we can discuss a tailor-made a.s. setup. This is slower than buying from stock but allows more control over the name and structure.
- paid-up share capital
- no trading history or liabilities
- share transfer documentation
- statutory-body changes
- handover of company documents
